About the Film: The Descent is written and directed by Neil Marshall and stars Shauna MacDonald and
Natalie Mendoza. After her life changing accident, Main character Sarah agrees to go on a spelunking
expedition arranged by her friend Juno. Juno has other things on her mind as she leads the group of women
on a journey to discover a new cave and route. Their expedition into the dark caves soon turns insidious and
hopeless as they travel deeper and deeper into the depths of a living Hell.

My Opinion: This movie is a must see! One of my closest friends and I loved horror films growing up and
this is one of the instant classics he introduced me to. It starts off with a bang in a frightening car accident
and
soon sends you into a world of blood and monsters and a feeling of entrapment. This is NOT a film for the
claustrophobic.
Buyable/Rentable/Trash: I definitely paid good money for this money and I believe this movie is
Buyable! It's a fun flick to bring out every once in a while to bring in some scares.
