About the Film: Suspiria was written and directed by Dario Argento and stars Jessica Harper. The film

only to find that it is run by a coven of sinister witches. The movie was filmed in technicolor and was praised

world wide for its artistic value and bright colors. Suspiria was the first of a trilogy entitled The Three

Mothers stories about three specific witches in different locations and purposes. It holds one of the most

infamous double death scenes in a horror film of all time.

Wow that's incredible ratings from Rotten Tomatoes for a Horror film!!!

My Opinion: Dario Argento was a Horror genius of his time and Suspiria was his masterpiece. Even the

rest of the Three Mothers trilogy cannot compete to the first film. Suspiria was the Wizard of Oz of Horror

movies. The colors are undeniably stunning and the script was amazing for its time. From the very beginning

the movie draws you in with its visuals and haunting soundtrack. This movie was ahead of its time and

cannot be duplicated therefore I am ecstatic they will NOT be remaking it anytime soon.

Buyable/Rentable/Trash: If you are a true fan of Horror this is a must buy and is to be cherished. I

bought this film a few years back after watching a show about the top 100 Horror films of all time. I rented it

to start and quickly became obsessed and had to buy it. This movie is Buyable by far.
