About the Film: Co-written and directed by Douglas Aarniokoski and stars Paz De La Huerta, Katrina
Bowden and Corbin Bleu ( High school Musical ). Abbey Russell ( De La Huerta ) is a nurse by day and
serial killer vixen by night. Using her questionably seductive look to lure unfaithful married men and torture
them to her liking. Abbey begins to lust and obsess with new comer Danni ( Bowden ) and soon sends her
down an insane journey that all leads up to one epic cat fight in this 3D campy thriller.
Nurse 3D can be found on DVD and Blu Ray in stores now.

My Opinion: I bought nurse 3D at Walmart the other day after seeing the trailer and the many artsy movie
posters that reminded me of "Nip Tuck". Given I started seeing the mixed to bad reviews I still sat down to
watch this movie last night. The idea of the movie is very interesting and creative but the execution was off.
Effects were that of a 90s TV movie which is disappointing. The actors were all great choices although I do
question if Paz De La Huerta is off the wagon again throughout this film as she slurs through most of her
lines. Her narrating either reminds you of American Psycho or Sex and the City on Xanax.
I'm conflicted on her sex appeal also. She has a fantastic body and some pretty facial features but either her
makeup is always off or her rumored drug use has melted her face. She is a definite "Butter Face" and her
acting is poor. Most people can agree that Katrina Bowden saves the film with her charm and likability.
Does she not look like Christine Taylor? I will say this film has one of the best cat fight scenes since dynasty
and is most likely the best part of the entire film. The second half of Nurse redeems the odd first half.
Buyable/Rentable/Trash: If your into nudity, violence, girl on girl action with a twist of Sex and the City
then
this is a movie you could rent, however it is borderline Trash.
